I attended for lunch with work colleagues. We were welcomed immediately. We asked to make some changes to the menu and our requests were accepted without questions. Very good value for money. Food of a very very high standard. Service very friendly. Will definitely be going again.

Thought I&#39;d better write another review for BBQ Grill (the last review I wrote was in 2013), as I still eat in this excellent Cypriot cafe every week. Answers to some questions that friends have asked me about BBQ Grill: You can phone in take-away orders. You may want to phone in orders for meals that take a long time to cook (eg all of the Souvlas take at least 30 minutes - though, trust me, WELL WORTH THE WAIT!). BIG Portions! They have a selection of beer, wine &amp; spirits (they sometimes have Efes beer which is my favourite...). They take plastic (but not American Express). As stated before: Great quality food, superbly cooked, shish kebabs, souvla, kleftiko, very fresh salads, and all the usual Cypriot extras (hummus, dolmades, halloumi, etc). Friendly and family run - many of the diners are locals who come back every week. They also do take-aways (though I normally eat-in)

Came with my wife and baby. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Would definitely return. Had the pad Thai and green curry

Our very large group celebrated a birthday here because it seemed to be very popular. Street parking in the area is free in the evening but not necessarily easy to find a parking space close to the restaurant. The food was reasonably priced with 2 courses costing from about &pound;10 upwards and an average was about &pound;16. The decor was modern with nothing to absorb the sound. As a result, all conversations reverberated off the walls making it impossible to hear clearly any diners sitting more than a meter away. Staff were over stretched and stressed, leading to mistakes and delays during our evening meal.

Dined with friends on a Sunday evening, restaurant half empty. Unfriendly waiter gave the menus and fortunately a friendly waitress took our order. After the main course we wanted desserts. The senior waiter stood talking to his friends joking around at the adjacent table for 25 minutes holding the dessert menus. At this stage we aborted desserts and just had coffee. Is the guy there to work or play? Food was ok and priced fairly.
